Hi! I'm Elizabeth, a Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor's in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Science Degree, both from Illinois State University. I have worked as a Dietitian for over a decade in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have a strong background in chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, weight management, diabetes, and gastrointestinal issues. I believe food and nutrition are an important part of everyone's day, and I thoroughly enjoy helping clients on their journey to lasting wellness. I love to bake, cook, and garden in my free time. If I'm not busy doing one of those things or spending time with my family, you'll find me reading and enjoying a latte!
