Didn't meet me, just said she would rather have me be in person therapy, not good at communicating

Elizabeth was amazing! She was warm and comforting. I felt heard. I’m looking forward to working with her on my health journey.
Verified patientVideo visit
Elizabeth was very helpful and concise in her appointment. I feel awful that my connection dropped though. That wasn’t her fault though.
Verified patientVideo visit

Verified patientVideo visit
Loved the provider. Great intake conversation. Friendly and professional, empathetic and easy going. The practice she is a member of had numerous difficulties with the interface that shared ID and insurance from my sign up and had to call me several times throughout the day of my appointment to have things resent but that was not the providers doing. Otherwise a positive experience.
Video visit
This appointment was very pleasant. My provider was very insightful and asked questions that I felt helped me confirm that my current treatment plan was the right one for me.
Verified patientVideo visit
The doctor got all of my info and had the lady call me prior to my appt saying that she won't see me based on my notes. She never got on the phone or said why, she just declined my meeting. I called back and no one could tell me what was going on. This was a joke. If you don't see people with ADHD then you need to take it off of your job description and treatment. I'm very upset.
Verified patientVideo visit
So easy to talk to! Knowledgeable but gentle. She has such a chill easy going vibe yet still very interested in what I had to say. She became passionate about the things I shared with her.
Video visit
The experience was exactly what I wanted in a provider. I could tell that she cared about me, and that the goal was finding a solution to my problem that fit my needs and lifestyle, rather than being right. I've felt talked down to and discredited by many healthcare providers and Elizabeth made it clear she respected my autonomy as a person.

Elizabeth Bush ARNP is open, a good communicator, non-judgmental and very supportive. She has a no nonsense presentation and is very relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated the amount of time and thought she put into our session.
Video visit
They contacted me to reschedule but I asked to cancel and they rescheduled me anyway. I tried joining the meeting but no one showed up.
Video visit
A great listener, very sweet and patient!
Verified patientVideo visit
After meeting with her she then canceled the next appointment. She stated she could not help me. I do not know why she could not have told me this during our appointment or why she could not have met with me to explain her reasoning it wasted my time and money.
Verified patientVideo visit
Elizabeth Bush is a gifted clinician! I’ve worked with many, and am thrilled to have finally found someone who is gifted in her profession!
Verified patientVideo visit
I moved to Washington from Texas. Provider declined my appointment because I have 2 different IDs from different states lol. I had no plans on booking with them again anyway, very unorganized.
Video visit
My anxiety intake went really well, I connected with Elizabeth well, and she worked really well with what had been going on with me.
Video visit
Really caring doctor
Verified patientVideo visit
She unprompted brought up her political opinions during the evaluation. I wanted to speak to someone about better stress coping mechanisms with my job and she said to either quit or just get over it. She was very dismissive of my opinions and feelings.
Verified patientVideo visit
Great doctor. Very supportive
Verified patientVideo visit
A really lovely person! Our first appointment was relaxed, thorough, and not as stressful as I worried it would be. She was extremely easy to talk to and picked up on a lot more than I expected before I even had a chance to explain it, I felt heard and understood.
Verified patientVideo visit
She was an excellent listener and validated everything I was feeling. As a woman, it can be hard to find a doctor who believes you, so its always nice when you find one.
