What should a new client know about working with you?

Elizabeth is dedicated to promoting the holistic well-being of her clients. Building rapport and developing a strong therapeutic working relationship is very important to her. Treatment plans are patient- centered and evidence-based. Elizabeth strives to treat each person with confidentiality, empathy, and respect.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your concerns. My typical process follows these five sequential steps: assessments, diagnosis, outcome, treatment, and evaluation. I will work collaboratively with you to create the best treatment plan that works for you. For new clients, please allow 20-35 minutes to complete the necessary paper work before the start of your session. We treat ADD and ADHD with non-stimulants and we do not prescribe Benzodiazepines. If you want to learn more about how I can help you, send me a message. I look forward to working with you. *Please note we require a credit card on file prior to the first session with the provider.
