About Elizabeth Goetz

Hi there! I help people choose foods to support their health. I've been interested in nutrition from a young age. I know how challenging it can be to navigate our complex food system and that it sometimes feels like you are “swimming upstream” if you want to eat well. I use motivational interviewing to elicit your reasons for wanting to make changes, and then provide education, counseling, and support to help you reach your goals. I have experience as a clinical dietitian working with patients managing heart disease, high cholesterol, prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes. My other interests include plant-based nutrition, sports nutrition, nutrition for longevity, and mindful eating. I earned my Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. In my free time, I enjoy travel, time in nature, and working out.
