With this understanding, she has made it her mission to help individuals decipher all the nutrition noise so they can focus on what truly matters! After setting her direction on providing accessible nutrition information, Liz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition and a Master of Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Liz believes in providing simple, evidence-based care that empowers people to make healthier and easier choices. By focusing on the circumstances in your life, Liz will help you find practical solutions that support you throughout your journey.
