About Elizabeth Gwilym
I believe that healthcare should be highly personalized, and I seek to understand each patient's unique goals and motivations. I hope to encourage patients to take an active role in their healthcare through shared decision-making. I am passionate about preventive medicine, women's health, and mental health.
How I stay healthy and happy: I love to cook, and I am constantly experimenting with new vegetarian recipes. I also enjoy trying new restaurants. I try to get outside often and enjoy walking, hiking, and gardening. I like to mix up my exercise routine, and during the pandemic, I started taking virtual exercise classes.
