With over 11 years of clinical experience, including 6 years specializing in obesity medicine and 5+ years at Veterans Affairs, I've seen firsthand how nutrition, movement, hormones, and stress intersect with mental wellness.
I utilize a combination of fast-acting, evidence-based treatments like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and ketamine therapy while encouraging you to implement nutritional and physical practices that will help you get the most out of your treatments.
As a certified yoga and Pilates instructor my doctoral research focused on mindfulness-based stress reduction, which I integrate into my psychiatric care.
I treat depression and anxiety (especially treatment-resistant cases). I especially enjoy helping women who are experiencing hormonal transitions that impact mood such as PMDD and menopause, stress-related disorders and burnout, and adult ADHD. My treatment approach includes both non-pharmacological options like TMS therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and lifestyle counseling, as well as pharmacological treatments including ketamine therapy, traditional psychiatric medications, and hormone-informed approaches when appropriate.
My mission is to help you feel like yourself again, using every tool science has to offer, while honoring your whole person.
