Lizzy is compassionate, an active listener and truly hears you to understand you and the best care for you. Having chronic illness, you often see doctors dismiss you, make you feel unheard and unseen and sometimes try to talk you out of you experiences. Not Lizzy. I really felt seen and heard and we were able to come up with a treatment plan. Im looking forward to continued appointments.

She made pharmaceutical recommendations based on my history and symptoms and was overall a lovely person to work with. Dr. Hayes was very polite, communicative, and a great listener. I was able to be vulnerable with some personal issues with her and she seemed genuinely interested and offered great advice. The new patient onboarding documentation is a bit lengthy, but overall worth the time. Looking forward to having her as a PCP.

100 percent recommend dr. Hays. She is so nice and is willing to work with me to figure out a plan for my health. She refers me out if she is unsure of what I need instead of throwing guesses, she is always available with short wait time when needed and lets me advocate for my needs as well.

I first started seeing a psychiatrist with the same practice and was super happy with how they treat me, so I decided to see Dr. Elizabeth for my primary care needs. So glad about this decision! She is easy to talk with, always makes sure any concerns are heard, and makes sure to weigh all the options when dealing with a health issue. Her assistant is just as wonderful.

She was very personable. She was polite, kind, interested. She works from an algorithm. Covered all the bases. She was able to fill my prescriptions which was the purpose of the appointment.. it was a very positive experience.
