About Elizabeth Hendricks
Beth Hendricks is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who comes to us from Northeast Ohio by way of Las Cruces. She brings 20 years of nursing experience, most of it spent in critical care and inpatient cardiology, where she cared for patients experiencing heart attacks, arrhythmias, and heart failure. Beth trained in a 1,000+ bed Magnet-designated hospital before relocating to Las Cruces in 2018, drawn by the state’s growing nursing shortage—and quickly fell in love with the sunny community she now calls home.
After years at the bedside, Beth now focuses on prevention and early detection, helping patients stay ahead of illness before it becomes an emergency.
She is also a longtime nursing educator and continues to teach at a state university, where she mentors the next generation of nurses. Whether working with students or patients, Beth is passionate about making health education approachable and empowering.
