As a licensed Psychiatric nurse practitioner, I focus on treating individuals symptoms utilizing a personalized and integrative approach. Treatment may include medication, psychotherapy, diagnostics, nutrition, exercise, or other wellness-focused approaches to best address the presenting symptoms, lifestyle, history, and preferences. My overall goal is for patients to leave every visit feeling confident that they are improving their psychological well-being. I truly am passionate about helping my patients achieve their mental health goals and provide a safe, relaxing environment for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am inspired by the resilience and strength of my patients and I strive to empower my patients to achieve their full potential.

Solara Psychiatry begins with getting to know you through a detailed psychiatric assessment. Using that insight, that is designed and an individualized care plan that blends proven therapeutic methods with whole-person wellness strategies. As you move forward, I stay closely involved—tracking your progress, managing medications, and making adjustments as needed to support long-term mental well-being.
