Liz has a Masters in Nutrition and has been a Registered Dietitian for 15 years. Her own journey with digestive issues, autoimmune disease and gut healing has fueled her passion to help others in these areas. She tried everything conventional medicine had to offer but still didn't feel better. That is when she found functional medicine! The functional medicine approach thinks about the whole person and sees symptoms as clues to the root cause. Functional medicine made such an impact on her health, that she was trained in it to help others! With empathy and patience, Liz will work with you at your own pace to meet your goals. Functional testing can be utilized to help discover root causes. Liz has a focus in gut health including IBS, SIBO and GERD but also works with healthy eating clients too. In her free time, Liz loves spending time with her two kids and dog, reading, raising monarch butterflies and gardening. She is looking forward to working with you! A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
