What is your typical process for working with clients?

Upon scheduling through ZocDoc, you will receive an email from our office with login instructions for your patient portal. This will enable us to confirm your appointment and provide the video link you will use to join your appointment at the correct time. Initial appointments are typically 30-50 minutes long. During this time we will review your medical and psychiatric history, discuss significant life events and your current lifestyle/behaviors. This information helps guide your treatment plan, which is tailored specifically to your needs. Follow Up appointments are typically 15-30 minutes long and are focused on reviewing improvements or changes in your symptoms, efficacy of your current treatments, and planning for the next steps in your care.
