My name is Elizabeth Ogunshola, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
I have experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, treating a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, substance abuse and trauma-related disorders. My approach is collaborative and holistic. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms

Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy, and practical coping strategies. My goal is to empower you with understanding, skills, and support so you can make informed decisions and move toward improved well-being at your own pace.
