Over the years, I've worked in a variety of settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient eating disorder treatment, as well as hospitals, long-term care, agricultural nonprofits, schools, and community outreach programs. I've also had the privilege of being mentored by herbalists and experts in women's health and vegan/vegetarian practices, which has enriched my evidence-based, compassionate approach.
