As an integrative family physician of 20 years, I partner with patients to create a strong, therapeutic relationship to explore wellness. I care deeply about creating a safe space where people feel comfortable to express their concerns and make health decisions. Whether it's helping people to review the latest in evidence-based medicine or reconnect with their rich cultural healing wisdom and their inherent ability to heal in relationship to the natural world, I am honored to support people on their life journeys. I especially enjoy mentoring people as they integrate holistic health habits into daily life and family routines.
