Her family physician inspired her to become a doctor, and she now feels privileged to be working with her and her colleagues. She aspires to work with her patients and their families to encourage preventative health care in a holistic manner. She strives to focus on individualized care to educate and empower her patients to make informed medical decisions. She completed her Bachelors degree with honors in Human Biology at Brown University and returned home to complete her Master's degree in Physiological Science at UCLA. She worked in research for a few years with a focus on neuroscience and neuropsychology. She then completed her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences and her residency at a community hospital in Long Beach, CA. She worked as a primary care physician in the San Gabriel Valley and the South Bay for five years and is very excited to now serve in her own community. Personal Interests She enjoys exploring the Los Angeles food scene, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
