Booking with Dr Tata-Acha felt so easy, I was almost a bit skeptical that it was going to be a “too good to be true” situation. Nope, she is absolutely incredible. Was prepared for the appointment and listened to what I had to say and asked questions that assured she genuinely cares for my best interest. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. She is phenomenal and makes the process of finding a new provider so seamless.

Best psychiatric experience I've had. I just transferred from Florida and had the worst experience over there. Just finished my session and already have my prescriptions called into the pharmacy. Thank God for this service.

She was amazing at listening to me and my concerns and problems and talking me through them. She provided great information regarding my situation and treatment options as well as holistic options as well. She is very kind and makes sure that she is available to reach out to when needed.

At first, I really liked Elizabeth Tata-Acha. She presented herself as a compassionate listener who was easy to get in touch with. After spending an exorbitant fee for new patients, she met with me only one more time... which makes me think she's in this for new patients only. She seemed so genuine and pretended to care about my problems. I trusted her so much that after years of not trusting anyone but my PCP, I finally moved my critical mental health prescriptions from my PCP to Elizabeth. I was thinking this was the beginning of a production therapeutic relationship, and now I feel totally ripped off. Elizabeth ghosted me when I tried to reschedule one time. She told me many times how easy it would be to text or call last minute to reschedule, but when I called and texted, she ignored me for days, until I would've had to pay the cancellation fee. Then when I asked her what happened, she lied about when I cancelled it. I told her that wasn't the case and she disappeared again.

Elizabeth is hands down the best mental health/psychiatric provider I have ever had!! I have avoided getting a psychiatric professional for YEARS now due to fear of receiving stereotypically impersonal care, but she has completely exceeded my expectations of what psychiatric care can look like. Apart from being highly knowledgeable in her field and always providing detailed explanations of the medications she prescribes, Elizabeth is a warm and jovial personality who prides herself on being accessible and friendly to her patients. She truly loves the work that she does, and it shows in her excellent patient care - I would recommend her to anyone in need of an efficient, kind, and well informed psychiatric professional! She is especially wonderful for those who enjoy forming positive personal relationships with their providers, and who want someone who looks beyond the medication to understand them as a human being.
Everything was great. Only slightly confusing, I got a cancellation email the day before, but the day of she called a couple minutes after I was late (thinking it was cancelled) and took me anyway. It's not her fault in anyway, I think the system had a glitch. Also she's really kind.

She an amazing psychiatrist because she very knowledgeable at what she does. Doesn’t pressure you into taking other meds but will ask if you do just in case but with no pressure. She is gentle and very calm. She actually listens and go over your health to see what medication best fit for you. I’ve been taking same medication and she never pressured me into something else. I highly recommend anyone to her.
The provider was great! She listened and gave feedback. I felt acknowledged. She tailors both medicine and therapy into the sessions. Only thing was as a new patient you get a lot of emails and texts from zocdoc and soundmind which link together for video visits to work. There is also Headway that is used to be in contact with providers on zocdoc to protect our privacy (HIPAA). Wished this could also link with our permission like soundmind so we don't have to input everything we did in zocdoc again.

This is the easiest Telehealth appointment I've ever accessed and I'm glad to have found Dr Elizabeth, she's very knowledgeable and helpful and immediately puts you at ease!

The most amazing psychiatrist I have seen. She very knowledgeable at what she does and with medication. If you happen to have a condition she will work with you to find the best medication for you. Not only does she know a lot about medication but she willing to go outta her way to inform you what it will do for you and how it’ll help you. She answers my text messages as soon as possible, usually all in the same day. She is super sweet and understanding. She will never pressure you into taking something you don’t want but would recommend just in case if you’re interested in the medication. I highly recommend! I will be referring to people I know to her.
Their system for sending the video link is really archaic. They send it like 5 minutes away from the appointment but you may not receive it before the appointment begins. Their system can makenitnsonyiubare in the middlenofnyiurbapootnwmnet and someone can join your session. They are clearly not HIPPA compliant. With so many to choose from I’m not sure why they use the system they use.

Dr Elizabeth was wonderful. Seeing mental health professionals is incredibly daunting, but Dr Elizabeth made the subject of my mental health easy to talk about. I felt validated beyond belief and am very much looking forward to our next visit.

Elizabeth made my feelings and experiences feel validated and was instantly on board to my better mental health. She truly cares and is wonderful and cleared lots of anxiety
    Verified patientVideo visit
It looks like my insurance didn't cover the appointment, in addition, the appointment was very short, after we determined I should be pursuing a talk therapist. So to receive a large bill for a 15-20 minute appointment was very disappointing.

Elizabeth was very kind very assuring made me feel heard and seen for the first time ever by a provider. She presented herself very knowledgeable about my situation, and options to help me. She gave me many options, which I liked and took the time to hear me , and understand my background and my lifestyle and see what would work best for me. ? what I like the most about her was that she made me feel comfortable and safe to disclose the reason why I was seeking help. She did not judge me. She was very empathetic towards me and acknowledge that I was an individual not just another insurance claim. I really feel so lucky to Have came across her on this app and really recommend anyone to go to her. She’s awesome , kind, patient, a great listener, and very knowledgeable about her field ?.
