She told me which things in my skincare routine were helpful and which were damaging. She understood my concerns and explained things in a way I could understand. I loved her enthusiasm. The only thing I wasn’t overall happy with was, it feel like she was rushing. But overall she is a great doctor and I would book again with her.”

Bio-
Elizabeth Walsh, PA-C is a caring, experienced, certified Physician Assistant who treats adult and child patients in our River Edge and Hackensack offices. She treats many skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, rashes, warts, dry, itchy skin, bug bites, and more. She has extensive experience in dermatologic surgery including the excision of cysts, moles, skin cancers, precancerous lesions, and tumors. She also performs skin cancer screenings.
Elizabeth is affiliated with Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown and Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, N.J. She has worked with and learned from several of the best plastic surgery teams at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She leads an annual workshop for both physician assistant students and residents demonstrating advanced suturing techniques. Elizabeth graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Masters of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, graduating with honors.
Elizabeth is warm and friendly, and has a great bedside manner. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys running marathons and being a running coach.

I am writing this as a detailed account of my experience with Elizabeth Walsh. I had a tiny white cyst on my lip. The first thing I said was “I am fine with getting it removed as long as it doesn’t leave a mark or look worse after.” She assured me it was just a little pinch and it would be out. I approved of that; to remove what she originally thought was a pimple. It turns out she was mistaken and the pimple was a cyst. Next thing I know she tells her assistant “I need a small pair of tweezers and scissors, I will cut it and give her a stitch” Everything happened so quickly. She never asked for consent to make an incision and stitch my lip. She never explained what was going on. It was one of the scariest things that has ever happened to me. I stopped her just in time. Hopefully, permanent damage wasn’t done.
