Welcome to Gladiolus Serenity Mental Health.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals ages 6 and older throughout Florida via secure telehealth.
Our practice provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management for individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, postpartum depression, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions. We believe effective mental health care begins with listening to your story, understanding your goals, and developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Through a collaborative, patient-centered approach, we work together to help you achieve lasting emotional wellness and improved quality of life.
Understanding that work, school, and family responsibilities can make accessing care difficult, Gladiolus Serenity Mental Health offers convenient evening and weekend appointments designed to fit your schedule.

We welcome self-pay patients. For eligible out-of-network plans, including many Florida Blue and UnitedHealthcare plans, we provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance benefits.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $60 cancellation/no-show fee. This policy helps us provide timely access to care for all patients.

We take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations based on your symptoms, goals, and personal circumstances. Our goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, informed, and involved in every treatment decision.
Our practice focuses exclusively on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We do not provide ongoing weekly psychotherapy, but we are happy to coordinate care with your therapist or provide referrals when therapy is recommended.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Every patient's journey begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. During the initial appointment, we review your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals to develop an accurate diagnosis and personalized care plan.
If medication is appropriate, we will discuss the benefits, potential risks, side effects, and available treatment options so you can make an informed decision. Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, evaluating medication effectiveness, addressing any concerns or side effects, and making adjustments to optimize your treatment.
Our practice is dedicated to psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We do not provide ongoing weekly psychotherapy. If therapy would benefit your treatment, we are happy to coordinate care with your current therapist or provide referrals to qualified mental health professionals.

Highly recommended. For a long time, stigma and a lack of trust caused me to put my mental health on the back burner. However, Mr. Clervil immediately made me feel comfortable, and I have since seen a massive, positive turnaround in my well-being.
