Overall, I would say my experience with this provider was good. She was nice, and the office staff was nice. But, I wasn’t informed beforehand that it would be a short, 15 minute visit. It went by really quickly , almost rushed. Even though she gave me several creams to use, my general complaint hasn’t gone away or improved.

Very efficient, cost of treatment clearly communicated and all in all a pleasant visit. My issue was diagnosed and taken care on the spot. I would highly recommend Dr Glaser, and will definitely go back for any future dermatology needs.

The Dr. was very pleasant and professional. I didn't like the office as much, you walk down into a rather cramped space that is a bit dreary. Also, when they send you many texts to fill out paperwork before you get there they mean it. Everything is done online - when you get to the office it should be completed or they won't see you and cancel your appointment and charge a fee.

The doctor was fine I guess. My appointment was very brief I was in and out in 15 minutes which made me nervous if I was really heard about my issues. The front desk could not be bothered for the simplest of pleasantries or to look up from their phones. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Not a good morning or a hello, how are you. Maybe it was an off day for the whole office. Not sure if I would recommend to others.

The provider would not even see me because I was 2 minutes over her grace period after I had called ahead about train delays I was experiencing. Part of me being over the grace period was because I was waiting in line at her front desk. Her staff was incredible my rude.

Dr. Glaser was a breath of fresh air. She listened with empathy and offered several thoughtful recommendations. Although she mentioned a treatment she doesn’t currently provide, she immediately followed up with a colleague’s contact information in case I wanted to explore that option. She also shared her experience treating my exact condition, which gave me a sense of reassurance and relief.
