The condition I went in for got worse after seeing the doctor.
I walked into the appointment today, they checked me in as an annual skin check which I had booked earlier this week. Then I proceeded to fill out all the information on the iPad that I needed to. They weren’t very welcoming at all, I got called into a room. She talked to be about some things, if I have any other issues. Then left the room and came back saying “sorry we don’t have time for you, you didn’t book a skin check appointment.” But when I checked in at the front, I told her I had a annual skin check and she told me “all good go, you are checked in.” The skin checks that I have gotten in the past have taken no longer than 10-15 minutes which I why I was shocked that they didn’t have time for me. It just seemed as though the office didn’t really care about me. I had no real apology and nobody else came in to be like this is why we cant take you, etc. It was very frustrating and I will be writing a google review
