Dr Pan and the staffs are so nice and helpful . Definitely will go back there . One complaint is the wait , it took almost two hours to see the Dr, but overall experience was good.

Waiting room was crowded, everyone was waiting for far too long. After waiting in the waiting room and then again in the examination room, the doctor was quick, used terms a non-doctor wouldn’t understand, and she didn’t seem to take anything I said seriously. I will seek a second opinion and avoid this office in the future.

this time I was disappointed bcs the eyeglasses which doctor prescribed blurring my vision, I cant see it so I came to tell to doctor but she ask me to keep it bcs after one year it will be perfect for she sad... but here is question arises , so what I spose to do now during this year? no answer at all........

Nice office staff, but I will never see this woman again. So rude, would not let me speak, literally snapped her fingers at me while I was talking to her, as if to say, "Come on, you're not talking fast enough". Went in there with a serious problem that required background and explanation, and was rushed out. She dismissed me like I was nothing.

I've visited Dr. Pan knowing that I probably needed glasses as I had put off an eye exam for three years and I've been having trouble seeing things clearly at night and also for reading. Our staff was great and I felt very comfortable with her, and I ended up getting the perfect prescription for the new glasses that I'm currently wearing now. I can truly say that I see much better and the prescription is perfect. Although it was very new for me to be wearing glasses and she only told me I would wear them at night and for reading because that was all that would be necessary I have to say that I see much better with them on all the time. Thank you Dr. Pan for changing my point of view, no pun intended, forever!

I have been going to Dr. Pan for close to thirty years if not longer. I don't even live near her office any longer, but trek back every year because of the quality of care and service. Why switch, when you have a good doctor a little shlep on the subway is worth it!
