“Very clean, was busy when I arrived but the wait time wasn’t that long. Doctor was very nice and communicative about concerns . Disappointed mostly because I had to pay a copay when I usually don’t with Rx, this is mostly an issue with this app and not the provider but they assured me said provider was in network but if that was the case I wouldn’t have paid a copay. So just a critique , this specific provider will ask for copay with 1199 insurance.”

Dr. Brandon Or is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Optometry, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree, specializing in contact lenses and myopia control. He recently opened a practice with two partners at Bronx Optical Center and also practices at Couture Optical in Brooklyn. During his time as a student, he served as President of SUNY’s Private Practice Club and was an Executive Board Member of the Student Optometric Leadership Network (SOLutioN), the national organization of student private practice leaders. He is passionate about sharing the pathways to success with students and fellow doctors all over the country. Currently, Dr. Or serves on the Board of NYSOA OSCONY (Optometric Society of the City of New York) to improve the profession and the care provided to patients.

Upon arrival they asked for insurance information which I provided. After providing insurance card I was asked by 3 different people who I guess work there, I say guess because no one in the store/office looked professional whatsoever. They ask you a question in English. Then have full conversations to one another about your response in Russian so you that you don’t understand them. Totally unprofessional office/store. I honestly wouldn’t return if they offered free services.
