I did not like the staff’s behavior at all. I felt disrespected and spoken to in a dismissive way. Even after answering my questions three times, they kept asking again and did not listen carefully. They often interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain myself. In particular, the older gentleman at the counter was very rude and unpleasant. Overall, the service and customer treatment were not satisfactory.
