About Ellie Erlich
Ellie Erlich, RDN, is the registered dietitian for seed+season, a one-stop shop for seasonal, sustainable, and mindful dietary and behavioral change. She holds a Master's in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Along with her sister Donna Magen, Certified Health and Behavioral Coach, Ellie offers a unique nutrition program that utilizes a two-pronged approach for holistic dietary change. I worked with Ellie for 6 weeks and saw significant improvement in my digestive health, as well as a healthy rate of positive weight loss. Her nutritional recommendations were tailored to my needs and specific health conditions. Additionally, she helped me think more critically and mindfully about my diet and how to ensure I’m incorporating all those nutrients through food rather than just supplements. I loved the program and would highly recommend working with her!
