In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your story truly matters. My priority is to get to know you as a whole person — not just your symptoms — and to understand what has brought you in, what you’ve tried before, and what you hope will change. We’ll talk about your mental health history, current concerns, life stressors, strengths, and values, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a comprehensive, client-centered approach that considers the whole person—not just their symptoms. I believe treatment works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved. I strive to foster a collaborative environment where we develop and agree on treatment plans. Above all, my greatest asset is my compassion. I approach every client with humility—without ego—and that, I believe, is my greatest strength.
