What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that for best outcomes, the combination of psychopharmacology and therapy yields better results than either modality alone. The human brain is both brilliant and resilient, we learn from our life struggles and always get back up when we fall. Let’s begin a better mental health Journey together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial appointment entails listening to your detailed history, talking about your current stressors, and working on your goals of treatment. Our follow up appointments will be aimed at reviewing progress and making needed adjustments until we find the best balance for you.
