Dr. Kleinman was so friendly and didn't brush off any of my concerns even if they seemed minor. Probably the best doctor I've ever been to in terms of bedside manner and the office staff were friendly too. Minimal wait time and just an all around great experience.

My 93.5 yo mother had her first visit. She was thrilled. Dr Kleinman was so thorough. She reviewed her history, answered all questions,reviewed her meds. My mom was so satisfied she took a bunch of her cards to give to her friends. Also, she was glad to see the med student accompanying the doctor

The valet attendant was very friendly. I chose not to use it but appreciated being greeted warmly. The receptionist walked me back to the right place, since it was my first visit. I appreciated that.
I only had to wait about fifteen minutes to see a doctor, which wasn't terrible long, since I arrived slightly early. Micky, the nurse, was very friendly and pleasant. I felt comfortable discussing medical issues with her.
Although it is too early to tell if the doctor will be able to assist me with my medical issue, I enjoyed my visit. She seemed to take much longer with me than any doctor I've had before. She didn't dismiss what I was saying, unlike some medical professionals have done in the past. She seemed to really listen. I plan to see her again.

She was very friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to what I had to say, and kept me inform of everything she was doing throughout the appointment. She was very helpful to guide me in the correct direction for treatments location such as labs, and other specialist physician.
