I’m Emilienne Felix, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience. I provide compassionate, personalized mental health care through telehealth. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive conversation where I take time to get to know you , not just your symptoms, but your story. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your current challenges, mental health history, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions to better understand how you’re feeling emotionally, physically, and socially. My approach is rooted in the belief that listening without judgment is vital for effective therapy. Together, we’ll begin creating a care plan that fits your needs, which may include therapy, medication, or both. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered from the very beginning.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to listen with empathy and without judgment. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and understood in our sessions. With over 15 years of nursing experience, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep sense of compassion to every interaction. I’m patient, thorough, and committed to meeting clients where they are. Whether someone is navigating a crisis or making small steps toward healing, I offer consistent support, clear guidance, and a calm, grounded presence they can rely on.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
