“The doctor was amazing !! Her staff was rude. It was my first time there and they were constantly telling me how I was doing everything wrong when I wasn’t told what to do to begin with…… and I was also told not to book on zocdoc …. WELLL ?!! Don’t advertise yourself here then ?! A lady at the front couldn’t wait to tell me how she was suppose to leave at 3 but is here until 3:30 now because of me ….. NO ONE CARES BABY this time was an option”

The phone of the provider is not in service. They accepted the appointment at 6:00 pm but the office was closed. They even didn’t send any notification.
It was the worst. A pregnant lady went their waited for an hour to get in the office. Noooo.

I saw a PA. The doc didn’t come in or call me after. I did get a swab, but my issue came back after taking the pill they prescribed me (which they didn’t tell me about — I just got a call from my pharmacy). They kept trying to sell me an ultrasound, which didn’t seem relevant to my issue and would’ve cost extra.

I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. I'm 25 and have been looking for a doctor that would let me asks questions and make me feel comfortable during my annual pap smear.
