About Emily Boegner

Emily Boegner is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in dermatology. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing form Towson University. She then went on to work at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the cardiac, neurology, oncology, medical, and surgical intensive care units. While working as an ICU nurse, Emily completed her FNP certifications, and earned her professional NP degree. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Emily is certified to treat patients of all ages. She treats a wide array of dermatologic conditions and performs Total Body Skin Cancer Exams. She also offers a plethora of cosmetic procedures including BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvéderm® Fillers, Dysport®, Chemical Peels, and Laser Therapy for vascular skin conditions such as rosacea, spider veins, etc. She is a devoted advocate for her patients and strives to develop collaborative and relationship based care plans. Emily enjoys working with her patients to help them achieve their desired goals and optimal wellness through preventative care and education. Emily is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tai National Honors Society, and the Dermatology Nurses Association. Emily enjoys ultimate frisbee, hiking, and day trips to relax on the beach, always wearing sunscreen.

Everyone was so pleasant, the front desk and medical staff all seem like they have fun at their jobs and make it a positive environment to be in. Plus, the fact that the office is so technologically advanced I feel like I'm at the doctor in the future!

Everyone working in the office was so kind! Obviously getting your body examined can be embarrassing and a little uncomfortable, but everyone working had such a good way of putting you at ease. It felt like we could be friends hahah!

Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional (both clerical, medical assistants, and the provider herself). The practice seems like a well oiled machine….the appointment went quick but I did not feel rushed.
I resented having to complete 5 additional pages of paperwork after I had already completed required paperwork online prior to my appointment.
