Serenity mental healthcare PLLC is focused on providing excellent mental healthcare depending on a client's needs. I am accepting new clients for initial evaluation, medication management, and mental health counseling on weekdays and weekends. I am committed to quality care for clients, including safety as a priority. My goal is to reduce any barriers to access to mental health services.
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in health care. I have worked in several specialties, both medical and psychiatric, and am passionate about mental health. My philosophy as a provider is to work with clients individually to achieve mental health stability. My goal is to help patients reach their optimal stability.

I needed a prescription refill and wanted to establish a primary care doctor. She went on to say that in order to get a refill of my prescription each month, I'd have to book an appointment with her every month (costing me a copay each visit).
Sketchy and a scam.

Poor Bedside manner. She told me to leave things up to the doctor and be the patient when I asked about a specific medication that I wanted to switch to.

Please do online research about Serenity Mental Healthcare and Ms. David so you don't have to go through the negative experience that I had.
During our short session, Ms David asked for my credit card, requiring a large payment upfront before any contacting of my insurance. When I told her I was uncomfortable giving her my card info and to contact my insurance, she said she would withhold my prescription order until I paid the amount. She insisted I text her once I paid via her g-mail link. She also required a 2nd visit with me in order to prescribe a 2 medication that I needed. 1st red flag? Blurred video background on ZOOM, covered in iStock images, when discussing private medical issues covered by HIPAA.
ALL of this is unethical in the medical industry. It seemed most of our session was discussing payment.

This medical company also has an F rating with multiple complaints filed through the Better Business Bureau. Please do your research.
