What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being and deserves the same attention and compassion as physical health. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and supported in their healing journey. My goal is to reduce stigma, improve access to care, and empower individuals to live fuller, healthier lives. I am currently accepting new patients and providing both in-person and teletherapy.
