My name is Emily, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from James Madison University. I am passionate about supporting sustainable and peaceful relationships with food. I work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, diabetes management, and general wellness. I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to support overall health and wellness. I utilize intuitive eating principles and an all foods fit perspective in my work. My objective is always to meet my clients where they are in their journey and individualize our work together to best support their specific needs. I am inspired by my clients every day to continue growing professionally as a resource and advocate for them. Outside of work, I love to write music, perform in an a cappella group, explore new foods and places, and spend time with my family and friends.
