About Emily Marashian
Hi there! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who practices a weight-inclusive nutrition approach following the Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles. I earned my Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University and completed my Dietetic Internship at University of California, San Diego Health.
At Off-Road Nutrition, my goal is to work WITH you to develop sustainable, healthy nutrition habits that fit your individual life. Through working with me, you will learn life-changing strategies to help you: learn how to eat in a way that works best for you through individualized nutrition counseling and coaching; end chronic dieting and ditch food rules in order to make peace with food; and adopt sustainable nutrition habits that focus on whole-body health instead of quick weight loss gimmicks that leave you feeling like a failure.
