Thanks to my undergraduate studies in Linguistics and my decade of professional experience as a writer, I have a great appreciation for the ways language and stories influence how we see ourselves and our place in the world. Through thoughtful exploration, we can identify and rewrite narratives that no longer serve you, creating space for a more authentic and empowering story.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I integrate a variety of approaches tailored to your unique needs, including: ERP, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, Attachment Theory, Art Therapy, EFT, and Gottman. My practice is proudly neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming.
