Hi! My name is Emily and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in acute care, community health, and personal wellness. As my career evolves, so does my passion for nutrition and helping others become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. It is an honor and privilege to introduce myself, and I am so excited to be part of the Rite Bite team! These days, we can all agree that diet and lifestyle change can be confusing. It’s not easy work, but that’s what us dietitians are here to help with. We will be there to serve as your guide and cheer you on every step of the way. When it comes to nutrition, it’s not about the end goal. It’s about the journey and all the positive changes that you adopt along the way.
