Emma Alberts, RDN

Dietitian
CO
Hi, I'm Emma Alberts. I'm happy to have you here. Let me tell you a bit about myself, and then we'll talk about what I have to offer you. My introductory offer is $90 for a 45-minute session. I offer drop-in sessions and membership-based wellness plans. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Nutritional Science from Pepperdine University and a Master's in Business from Texas A&M University. I'm a registered dietitian, and the thing I love most in my career is the ability to connect with people and change their lives for the better! My nutrition philosophy is that eating should not be stressful. Food is an everyday thing, and it should not be a battle to feel energized, satiated, and balanced. Food is a vessel for social gatherings, traditions, and sentiment-but it is also the foundation of everything in our bodies. Diet culture gives us a thousand rules about fad diets, superfoods, top 10 lists, conflicting, and flat-out wrong information. There is no shame in being confused about nutrition when every article seems to contradict itself. Work with me to learn how to confidently fuel your body, get in touch with hunger and fullness cues, practice tenets of gentle nutrition, incorporate movement, and increase mindfulness while eating. As a dietitian who doesn't believe in dieting, I can guide you to become in tune with what your body needs. Whether you have a busy life and food is an afterthought, you're trying to improve athletic performance, or you want to achieve full-body wellness, we can tailor your membership to fit your exact needs. Maybe food is stressful right now, but it doesn't have to be-click the link below, and let's chat about it!
