“I had a wonderful experience here at this office. I was even running late due to MTA , the front dest staff was beyond accommodating. My receptionist was ready and knee me by name before I even sat down! Mind you it was my first visit here. I felt heard and seen with my concerns as a woman by both the receptionist and Doctor Emma Carlson. All of my concerns were addressed and im set for further care. I absolutely recommend this office . Doctor Emma Carlson is wonderful and you can tell she cares . ”

Emma Carlson is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life, with a strong focus on preventive health, gynecologic care, and Obstetrics care prenatal support.

Dr.Carlson was great! It can be scary finding a OBGYN and going to a new one for the first time and I was comfortable the whole time and appreciated her transparency, professionalism and care.

Emma was so kind and warm. She answered all the questions I had no matter how small or repetitive to reassure me. She was also so sweet and took her time with the pap smear and made sure I was comfortable. Would highly reccomend!!

The doctor is amazing! The receptionist not so great. Better customer service needed. However, Dr Carlson made up for it. She is super sweet and made me feel so at ease during my exam.

Everyone at the clinic, especially Emma, is so wonderful. I felt truly listened to. She was so knowledgeable and thoroughly addressed every single one of my concerns. Intimate doctor visits can feel awkward and intimidating, but this was not at all the case.

I will never willingly return to this practice. Emma was great, but the office did not feel clean and I waited THREE HOURS for an Ultrasound appointment. When I was finally seen, they told me I needed to drink water to have a full bladder for the Ultrasound, but they had NO water to give me and instead made me go down to buy water at a convenience store across the street. I’ve never been to a doctors office that can’t provide water!
Again, Emma was kind and helpful but the overall experience was so absurd and terrible. It seems everyone else in the waiting room was in the same boat too.

This was probably the dirtiest doctors office I’ve ever walked into. Behind the desk in between the glass wall was trash and chunks of dust balls… this was my view while getting blood work done.
