Please see below to read Emma’s food philosophy: ~Everyone deserves to feel at home in their body, and at peace in their mind. ~Food and movement are as much about quality of life and enjoyment as they are about health. ~Health and well-being are more complex than the number on the scale. ~Healthy behaviors, lifestyle, and relationship to food and body will always be more important than body shape or size. ~With healing, change, and growth, the process can sometimes be more important than the outcome. Progress is never linear. ~In this field there will always be more to learn and endless opportunities to grow. I am prepared to be a humble, life-long learner to provide my patients with the care they deserve. A license is not required for this provider to see patients.
