I am currently accepting individuals and couples for therapy. Please read a bit about my therapy practice below. There are so many valid reasons to seek therapy. Maybe you are facing a crisis or major transition. Or maybe you are simply coping with normal human experiences in a world that can be demanding and, at times, traumatizing. What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a flexible approach, tailored to the specific needs you have coming into therapy. We can target specific symptoms using evidence-based techniques, and we can also explore the rich context of your life and experience. For couples, I focus on supporting effective communication and building more secure attachment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will meet for an intake session to learn more about each other and assess if we might be a good fit for therapy. I am also glad to offer free consultation calls if you would like to connect before booking an intake. Once we have agreed to start working together, we will create a treatment plan and continually assess our progress throughout the process.
