About Emma Nelson

After my own challenging experiences with dieting growing up, I set out to find a better way—for myself and for others. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at MTSU and completed my dietetic internship at Lipscomb University. My personal journey gives me empathy for the struggles my clients face, while my professional expertise allows me to guide them toward real, lasting change. What I love most about my work is helping people heal their bodies with food, release the hold of diet culture, and find true balance in their lives. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing clients gain confidence in their choices, improve their health, and thrive—body and mind.
