About Dr. Emma Pierce
Emma Pierce was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and now resides in Nashville. She attended East Tennessee State University for her undergraduate education in nursing, graduating number one in her class. After moving to Gainesville, Florida, she pursued graduate studies at the University of Florida, where she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in December 2016. She was board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in February 2017.
Emma spent her nursing years in the intensive care setting but has always been passionate about dermatology, working in the field since starting her career in 2017. She specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Emma is a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her mission is to provide evidence-based and compassionate care to every person she treats.

I will never going back here. I also didn’t read the reviews before making an appointment. It’s been 5 days since I saw Dr. Pierce and they will not verify my insurance after my pharmacist has told me they reached out SEVERAL times to Pinnacle Dermatology. We spend money to get treatment and you can’t even get what you need! I have went to my pharmacy two times already and had to call to talk to someone at the dermatology office and waited for 30 mins on the phone of which she told me they were awful about returning calls. Go elsewhere because this ended up being a horrible experience!
