I was nervous going into the appointment, as I have never experienced ketamine before, but Emma did a wonderful job of making sure I felt at ease and she answered any questions I had. She was a calming and friendly presence to have while under the influence of ketamine treatment. She also had great advice for ways to enhance my experience
