“Everyone was lovely and communicative in the sense of my appointment i wish there was more clarity in regards to the actual appointment i set an appt to receive a more thorough treatment by ent but instead i was told what i already knew and given a referral to ent when i have ppo insurance im very big on time and in that sense i feel like my time was wasted ”

All went very smoothly. The PA, Enasha was lovely. The medical assistant was also great, very friendly with amazing bedside manner. I’m new to the US healthcare system and all my questions were answered and everything explained clearly.
