What should a new client know about working with you?

My new clients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to care. I take time to understand your symptoms, concerns, history, and treatment goals before making recommendations. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, education, brief supportive therapy, and coordination with other providers when appropriate. My goal is for you to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation to better understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current concerns, and treatment goals. From there, we work together to develop an individualized treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, reviewing medication effectiveness and side effects, addressing any new concerns, and making adjustments as needed.
