“Eniola was a wonderful provider who was attentive and thorough in our appointment. She was very respectful which made me feel more comfortable than with my previous psychiatrists and I was able to be more open about my concerns and needs. I’ve raised similar concerns previously and this was the first time a provider has offered immediate assistance. We came to an agreeable plan while she offered holistic strategies as well. I can tell that Eniola cares for her patients and will try to cover all bases so that she has a comprehensive overview of them.”

Getting to know Eniola Bamidele

Great to meet you! I’m Eniola, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatry dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where individuals from all backgrounds—especially minority and underserved communities—feel heard, respected, and empowered. My clinical experience includes working with diverse populations facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance use disorders, and life stressors. I take a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment, recognizing the impact that culture, identity, family dynamics, and personal experiences have on mental wellness. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult time or working toward long-term healing and balance, I am committed to helping you feel understood while building practical tools for growth and emotional well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive approach to care. I believe mental health treatment works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns without fear of judgment. During our first appointment, we will spend time getting to know you beyond your symptoms. We’ll talk about your current concerns, emotional and mental health history, medical background, lifestyle, stressors, relationships, and goals for treatment. I also recognize that culture, family dynamics, life experiences, and identity can significantly impact mental wellness, and these factors are thoughtfully considered throughout treatment. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping skills, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other providers when appropriate. I believe in shared decision-making, meaning your voice and comfort level are important parts of the treatment process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, practical, and solution-focused while still allowing space for deeper healing and self-understanding. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, stress, or life transitions, I aim to help you feel supported while building tools for long-term emotional wellness and stability.
