The appointment was cancelled and I wasn't notified of it. One of the ladies at the front desk didn't seem to care and was completely oblivious this was inconvenient. I made an appointment but after this bad experience I doubt I keep.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jones & the entire Bethany Medical team. Everyone was friendly, professional, efficient, and caring. Dr. Jones in particular has a very reassuring presence, he listens to all questions and concerns, takes you seriously, and clearly explains everything. One of the best doctor experiences I've ever had!

I choose Dr. Jones because I wanted someone my son could to be comfortable with. My son has an mental illness and every physician isn’t equipped to care for my son. Dr Jones is straight forward and handles each visit well. It is very challenging at times but Dr.Jones is able to redirect my son. Lastly, last year my son came in with double vision and Dr. Jones referred him to Dr. Dunn and he was seen the same day. I feel that Dr. Jones will provide the best care for my son.

I would go back I’m still currently using this practice. Everyone was quick and thorough answering questions and providing information. My appointment didn’t last over a hour between arrival and leaving time. Top tier!

When I arrived in the office over a month ago; I was very uncertain about my son’s health.Dr.Jones immediately saw a problem and referred my son to a specialist the same day. It was difficult to find a doctor whom I could trust my son’s life in. Dr.Jones has been a blessing to my son and he is getting him on the road to great health.

Very detailed with your test results and explains what and why you are taking certain medications. And runs a lot of test to verify if anything is wrong with you based on your blood work. Again very detailed doctor.
