The doctor told us that everything was good, but just to be on the safe side because of his age he was going to do another test just to rule out one more thing so he’s pretty thorough and my dad is the kind of guy that unless he’s done every single test there is he won’t be satisfied so I’m glad he went to the doctor. That’s ruling everything out instead of just saying yeah you’re good. There’s no need for any more test. He’s looking at his age and determining that he needs another test and so yeah that’s good.

I was seen right away after I arrived. I sat in the waiting area for all of 3 minutes after I checked in. My appointment was quick and I got to the bottom of my hearing issues shortly after seeing the doctor. I was able to buy ear plugs there and was set to go. I paid my deductible and they scheduled a follow up with me and I was out the door.

The staff was very efficient. They had the forms that I had previously filled prior to the appointment. I was called less than 5 minutes from the time I checked in. I was immediately given a hearing test and then immediately taken to an exam room. The doctor arrived in less than 5 minutes and explained the results of the tests, provided a plan for my treatment and answered all of my questions. Checkout was immediate. I was very impressed in how efficiently the staff worked together - there was no wasted time. If all of my appointments went this well, I wouldn't dread doctors' visits. The facility was not close to my home but I would return in a heartbeat in the future. I highly recommend this office for ENT issues.

My after visit summary contained false statement of events that did not occur during my visit.
I did not have a physical examination but there was a medical record of each section for a physical examination. I feel now as though this office has falsified records.

The whole visit was a great experience from check in to check out! Dr. Andrist was very thorough and explained the procedure he was going to do before he started and also explained each step as he was doing the procedure. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. Overall, very happy with my visit. Office staff is friendly. Didn't have to wait a long time when I was brought back in the room.

For I came for a follow up to receive my Barium results; but was experiencing terrible problems breathing. Dr. Eric Andrist and the entire medical ENT staff did an amazing job taking solve a breathing issue that I had been experiencing months I give a score of excellent exceeds expectations. ENT is caring and loving you just don't get this kind of quality care any more.
