Patient reviews for Dr. Eric Goldberg
Great doctor. Very pleasant and thorough. 100% Recommended!
Dr Goldberg has pristine bedside manners and he makes the time to listen to your concerns and offer a treatment plan accordingly. Dr Goldberg also specializes in weight loss and weight management treatment options that are considerate to one’s unique circumstances. Dr Goldberg and his staff are very hospitable and very glad they have been serving our neighborhood for over 7 years now!
He was very thorough and actually listened to my concerns. Was not dismissive nor did I feel rushed. The receptionist was also very nice. But the wait was 1 1/2 hrs.
My visit to the Dr ‘s office was very satisfactory & he really listened to what I was trying to say.
Fantastic bedside manner. Really listened. Asked the right questions. Didn’t recommend anything unnecessary. Would recommend to anyone
I love my doctor
I genuinely look forward to seeing Dr. Goldberg because of his straight to the point consultations. The wait times could get long and the office is strict about appointments, best to get there early to make sure you don’t miss your time slot.
The Doctor was very nice & he made me feel safe & feel that I am in good hands.
Dr. Goldberg was very nice and straightforward. His staff was very friendly and it was a seamless interaction and appointment
He’s so cool and nice
I arrived for my appointment way ahead of the scheduled time. I was able to complete my paperwork and waited less than 5 minutes thereafter to see the doctor. It's been a very long time since I've met a doctor with Dr Goldberg's outstanding bedside manner. He was very thorough in explaining and very reassuring.
I came to get a general physical exam, and medical clearance. The front desk was very nice and most helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure all my question were answered, and very smart. The wait time is long about 1 Hour, but I got my bloodwork, EKG, and everything done in one visit.
Accomodating and professional.
I was very impressed with Dr. Goldberg. I found him to be a good listener, very thorough, addressed all my questions and concerns. He spent 45 minutes with me.
Very nice and professional, listens to your feedback and concerns.
I have had Dr Golberg as my Primary Care doctor for almost three years. He is without question one of the most knowledgeable, proficient and caring medical professionals I have encountered during my 25 years living in NYC. CARY W
Very patient, thoughtful, considerate, thorough. I'd recommend.
Always a great experience with Dr. Goldberg
The doctor was fantastic and my appointment was fast.
Dr.Goldberg listened as he took his notes. He took my vital signs & we discussed other matters which was important for my health including alternative meds
The doctor answered all my questions and concerns.
It was an average experience.
Dr. Goldberg is an excellent and well-informed doctor who listens carefully and makes the right judgement when necessary. My only issue was the wait which was between 30-45 minutes but to be honest wasn't a big deal for me. At my former primary care office, I have had to wait more than 3 hours and usually 2-3 hours. I look forward to meeting him regularly!
Deceptively excellent listener; was clearly a bit tired but didn't let that prevent him from being alert & present with me throughout our appointment's duration.
Very professional, very thorough and quite personable.
Dr. Goldberg was straightforward and thoughtful. He's not the kind of doctor with an overt affectionate bed side manner but he listened and took the time that I needed to start the process of seeing what's going on. It was my first visit and I felt comfortable and assured that the will work honestly and thoroughly with me. His staff was friendly, efficient and, importantly, professional. I felt I could ask questions and not get any attitude or dismissiveness back. I had a fine experience and will keep them as my primary care as long as I can.
He's very good and knew what the problem was right away. I give him 5 stars.
He is a good listener. He listens very careful to your concern and tells you what you need to take and do. Very helpful.
Dr. Goldberg is always professional, amiable, and thorough. I'd definitely recommend him.
Doesn't listen to the reason why you attended the doctor's visit , just puts you through the turnstyle . Not going back
The first visit is always the longest, since you have to complete paperwork. The 2nd visit was right away. Like him very personable, made you feel comfortable.
The staff that greeted me were very pleasant. The doctor had a great bedside manner and was very thorough and didn't rush thru my appointment. I will definitely use doctor Goldberg as my doctor moving forward.
He's just the nicest guy. Makes you feel like he really cares about you and he goes into full detail he does not try to rush you as i have felt with other doctors in the past.
Outstanding doctor who always takes the time to talk through his prognoses in a thorough and logical manner. The office staff and the tv in the waiting room are garbage-tier.
He's a very good doctor - this was my 3rd annual visit and I trust his feedback.
Dr. Goldberg is very nice. I wasn't rushed at all, he took his time with me. He listened to my concerns. His dront desk girl was very nice and so waa the medical assistant. This is my second visit. My first I wasn't too happy with his staff but this time was a lovely experience.
The doctor was Highly Professional. I waited 1hr to be seen after walking in exactly at my appointment time. The female Staff had 1 girl highly professional, the other 2 front desk women were rude. They ignored me a few times but whatever. I'm there for the Doctor not for them. But they could use some Better Social Skills, but i noticed this behavior after they asked me for my profession. So i think they are discriminated on my profession. As do MANY people these days. Go figure...
I saw Dr. Goldberg for my annual check-up. He is personable. He listens and is empathetic. I also found his office staff to be extremely helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
He was very passive and disinterested. Didn't make me feel like he cared about my concerns or wanted to figure out what was wrong. He just treated a symptom, but didn't delve deeper.
A disappointing and frustrating experience. The first visit was an 1 hour and 10 minute wait. I made my reservation on ZocDoc and when I arrived they said we don't have your listing in our reservation sheet. I informed them about the ZocDoc reservation and they said oh we forgot to check it. The staff was unfriendly and didn't care at all about the patient or the experience. The doctor was just okay. I wouldn’t call him friendly but he was knowledgeable.. The medicine he gave helped. Another frustrating thing is that they ask you to make another appointment just to go over the blood test result. That's extremely inconvenient because I have to take 2 days off from work just to finish the appointment. So when I went there the second day, it was a 40 minute wait. Overall, not a great experience. The staff is unfriendly, doesn't care about the patient's wait time, convenience etc. The doctor is knowledgable and experienced, but not super friendly. However, this place is better than other horrid clinics in Queens.
The wait was a little bit longer than I had expected. Considering I was the only patient there. I waited around a half hour. But when I did see him he gave me his full attention. He answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to.
Well the ddoctorwas great. But tthe front desk was awful. A Spanish lady sits on the front desk, very rude. I had to wait 1 hour 20 mint to see the doctor. But i wwouldn'tmind if the front ddesklady weren't rude. I recommend the doctor but the front desk people (especially that Spanish lady) should be replaced. I won'tgo there again.
I was having fever for a couple of days, and today I have a severe headache so I chose Dr. Goldberg. I was kept waiting for more than 1 hour (1 hour 20 minutes), and the front desk rep said she could not control this. Well, yes, it is partially true, but if you know your doctor's schedules and pace, you should adjust the Zocdoc availability. The Doctor may be not able to handle appointments at such short time interval 10am, 10:15am, 10:30 am. Dr. Goldberg himself is gentle and kind, I could not complaint about this practice. However, if you are really in pain, please think twice before you select this office. Waiting in pain is not good. In the past, Patient could file small claim on court against the doctor to pay for their time. I am not doing it for this case. But I would like to let the office know that please respect your patient's time, and please remember that your office is a walk in clinic nor emergency room, you are accepting appointments on Zocdoc, you have control.
Waited over an hour from my scheduled appointment time. Other than that, the appointment went fine.
The doctor is always thorough and attentive. As a patient I never feel rushed with my visit as he listens and addresses all medical concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldberg over other doctors that you may be considering.
Great doctor! Doesn't over book appointments so i didnt have to wait more than five minutes to be seen. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Poor bedside manner, very flip about something I felt was serious. forces follow up visits just to get simple test results other Drs will give over the phone. Office staff claimed HIPPA but every other Dr Ive ever been too has you sign a form for getting results and info over the phone.
Great Doctor, very, gentle, kind, I Highly recommend him to everyone! Staff friendly, very nice.
Always a pleasure!
